上海护猫队与猫贩五巨头的再次战斗——10·23普陀救猫行动全程纪实

There was a fight between the Shanghai Cat Protection Group and five evil cat nappers on October the 23, 2009，more than 600 cats got rescued. (The five different cat nappers united together to form one large group against the Shanghai Cat Protection Group which was not expected.)

In the early morning of Oct 23 2009, the Shanghai Cat Protection Group waited overnight at a market in Shanghai, until the cat nappers showed up with a truck full of cages that they were holding the cats in.

2009年10月23日清晨时分，彻夜守候的护猫队在普陀区铜川路曹杨水产批发市场门口，终于等来了猫贩子及装猫贩运的卡车。

The rescuers stopped the truck, but unfortunately the cat nappers had eight or nine motorcycles that surrounded the rescuers, while the cat nappers tried to escape with the truck.

志愿者当即上前拦截，而猖狂的猫贩则就近喊来了八九辆摩托车团团包围住护猫队，意图帮助猫车逃窜，局势一度十分紧张。

The cat nappers attacked the rescuers so frustrated rescuers called the 111 emergency number, and the police came.

猫贩拦住手无寸铁的志愿者，由推搡到殴打；

愤怒的护猫队拨打了110电话——石泉派出所的警察赶来了。

The police asked both sides to go to the police station to solve the problem. One police officer and one rescuer sat in the cat nappers truck, and made the cat nappers drive the truck to the police station.

这些警察示意双方先到警局再解决问题；

于是在安排了一位志愿者与一位警察坐上猫贩的猫车后，猫车与另外三辆护猫队的轿车一起出发了。

意外的是，猫车上的阿姨渐渐发觉路线不对——这不是驶往石泉的路线！为什么警察没有反应？为什么司机不掉头？

However, the rescuer in the truck later realised that the truck was not heading for the police station, but instead the cat nappers were trying to escape. It is unbelievable how the police didn’t realise and how the cat nappers were brave enough to try to escape under the police’s nose!
The brave rescuer lady forced the truck to stop by gripping onto the steering wheel. Several rescuers cars behind the truck also stopped the truck.

不能让他们这样逃窜！不能把千百只猫咪送往广州的断头台！——阿姨毅然一把抢过司机的方向盘，紧紧抓住！

这是多少猫咪的命！！

猫车一停，后面车辆的志愿者也下了车；在真如，三方再一次发生激烈的争斗。

The rescuers called another police station to get more help, and finally, they had the truck get taken to the Business Commercial Bureau.

之后又向真如派出所求助，他们建议由普陀区工商局来负责解决此次拦猫事件。

终于，护猫队历经千辛万苦，将罪恶的猫车与猫贩子一同送进了工商局的大门.

没有谁想到猫贩会结成联盟,

没有谁想到这一卡车猫竟是"上海滩五大猫贩"的共同财产。

就在护猫队进入工商局后的半个小时内，上海的猫贩“五巨头”都到齐了;

他们就这么笃定地在门口等着,好像知道猫车马上就会被放出,好像吃定我们,法律警察工商局志愿者都拿他们没有办法.

他们一点都不害怕。

工商局的一度态度很不明朗,可能同时受到两方面的压力；

而笼子里那么那么多奄奄一息的猫，每一秒的等待都可能带来死亡。

可怜的猫儿，已经两天两夜被塞在这狭小的空间里，与同伴的尸体堆压在一起，腿脚都伸出铁笼，无法动弹.

邪不胜正。上级的压力，媒体的关注，随着时间推移越来越多爱猫人士的到场声援，普陀区工商局最终一声令下——

放猫！给护猫队！！

这是胜利之歌！这是希望之光！

猫咪得救了，我们最好最好最好的朋友！！

志愿者们一起帮忙，先上车把猫儿搬下贩猫车，再搬到救猫车——几十箱的猫啊。此刻有多少主人正焦急地寻找丢失的爱宠，或流着泪思念消失的宝贝呢？？

15. Thousands of pairs of bright eyes showed their yearning for life, freedom and appreciation to the loving rescuers.

箱子里那一双双闪闪发亮的眼睛，诉说着对生的渴望，对自由的追求，对这些善良的人们的感激之情。
最后，奔波了一天的护猫队又赶赴近10几个地点放猫；

他们中有几天几夜没有睡觉，他们这一日粒米未进，他们一直忙到凌晨二、三点多才踏上回家的路。

16– The loving rescuers arranged to have the cats taken to ten living areas where people could take care of them.

又是新的一天。战斗还要继续。
